CUSTOMER SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

As a Service Representative with the Brad Siok State Farm Agency, you will assist the Sales and Hybrid Teams while providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders to reinforce the growth of the successful insurance agency. You will ensure that TEAM Siok continues to serve our customers at a level 10 by answering incoming calls, addressing questions, and assisting with requests. You will be responsible for resolving billing issues, submitting changes to policies, making policy recommendations and directing calls to the Sales or Hybrid Team when a policy needs to be initiated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build personalized relationships with clients. 
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails. 
  • Keep a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
  • Recommend other lines of insurance by suggesting available products.
  • Ask for referrals and reviews.
  • Conduct policy reviews.
  • Track personal monthly commissions.
  • Note every communication with clients in ECRM.
  • Direct clients to Sales or Hybrid Team when a policy needs to be initiated.
  • Support Sales Team with underwriting memos, tasks, cases, documents, and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Property and Casualty state insurance license.
  • Complete State Farm training and obtain agreement within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Initiate Life and Health licensing process within 60 days if not already licensed.
  • Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
